In the recent times in the modern landscape of the television industry , shows don't rely on the traditional ways that televisions made audiences hooked on the broadcasting. Now, they put a unique narrative structure that incorporates repetition with difference. In this episode, Abbot Elementary becomes the main focus of an attack by an Charter school organization named Legendary Schools. Janine mauver her way in using passive methods which best represent her character, however she sounds find out that all her problems cant be solved by just kindness. Sometimes the need of strategy, resilience, and .often community support. Throughout the episodes and seasons, Janine characters remains familiar, repeating the same format but with a difference in deepening her character.
This is similar to another episode titled New Tech, Janines character is put in a new situation where a new education tool that interrupts the original methods in traditional teaching. Janine embraces the new technology, in the hopes of improving her classrooms environment and students learning. However, as many challenges begin to arise, Janine makes the realization that technology cannot replace the heart to heart teaching you have with your students. This episode helps reinforce the core of Janines character, ad her is resilent against her innovation with practicality.
